EU online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and are not willing, to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Privacy policy
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed through this site is quadzero OÜ (company details in the Imprintabove). For any privacy matter — including exercising your rights — reach us at [email protected].
Hosting & server logs
This website is delivered through Cloudflare. When you load a page, your browser necessarily transmits technical data — IP address, requested URL, timestamp, referrer, and user-agent — which is processed transiently to serve the page and to protect the service against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA; transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no cross-site analytics. Nothing here profiles you or follows you across the web.
Booking a call
Our scheduling page embeds Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you book a time, the details you enter — your name, email address, and anything you add about your enquiry — are processed by Google to create the appointment and hold the meeting over Google Meet. This processing is necessary to take the steps you request before any engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Google LLC acts as a processor and may transfer data to the USA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Contacting us
If you email us, your message and address are processed solely to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR), and are retained no longer than needed for that purpose and applicable statutory record-keeping.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and the right to object to processing of your personal data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Estonia this is the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee); you may equally contact the authority in your EU country of residence.
